Allow user-selectable transparency on the Bubbles window

I run SlimTimer in a small, separate window via the Bubbles thing, but it's usually hidden behind other windows. I'd like to have an "always on top" option with a transparency level I can set.

Bubbles is a seperate application with a seperate developer. I think you should be telling this to the developers of bubbles, not slimtimer.
