Allow Reports summarized by Tags
Allow creation of a report that totals up all entries for a specified tag. i.e. each project of mine has many tasks tagged wih the project name, but I don't want them to show up on the invoice, I want all those hours to show up as one task (the tag I choose)

Rather, When Rows is set to Tags, allow the user to choose which tags show up as Rows. If I have one tag called "Work" (all jobs are tagged as "Work") and I do a Report on a tag called "Job #1" I don't want the report to Have two rows "Work" and "Job #1" with the same numbers.
